Our kit is made of high strength material, specifically high quality alloyed steel with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and a long operating life after heat treatment, boasting a hardness of 58 HRC. The iron phosphate pre-treatment improves the corrosion resistance of iron and steel, making it a hardened and more durable tool.

With various mandrel sizes, our kit includes a rivet gun, matching sizes mandrel and nose pieces, and a multifunctional supporting wrench. You can choose from multiple interchangeable pieces, including Metric M3, M4, M5, M6; and standard SAE 1/4-20, 10-24, 8-32, 6-32. The mandrel and nose pieces are neatly organized in a colored container labeled with metric and SAE sizes for easy storage.

Our sturdy helper makes application easy, allowing you to replace the riveting rod with ease by simply spinning it clockwise for several turns. Additionally, there is an easy pumping sleeve to assist with replacing the mandrel. After installing a rivnut, a simple spin of the rotary knob will spin off the threaded rivet nut with ease. If the riveting process is not successful, there is a troubleshooting hole that you can use a L wrench to help with.
